💦 REFRESH spray the toner on your clean face two to three times whenever you feel like it ! This will refresh, and hydrate your skin at the same time ! Use it like you would use any face water 😊

💕 TONE here you will spray many times a clean cotton pad and then gently tap it on clean face, you will see not only this will cleanse any residue but it will also hydrate your skin. I love this method !
