💀 Epsom Salt : Epsom salt is used to relax muscles and relieve pain in the shoulders, neck, back and can also aid sore muscles in the recovery period after a workout. It also helps reduce stress and promotes sleep.

💀 Dead Sea Salt : Dead Sea salt is ten times saltier than any other sea which means it’s bursting with more calcium, magnesium, potassium and bromide. These miracle minerals help to fight against ageing skin, reduce fine lines and even smooth the skin’s overall texture and appearance. Not only does Dead Sea salt hydrate the skin, it exfoliates dead skin cells which allows new cells to regenerate.

In a bag, you get some dried botanicals, around 800g of salt and a small wooden spoon. We suggest around a cup of bath salt for a bath, which you’d have enough , since our bags are pretty big, for 3-4 baths!

Pour the salt into the warm running bath water and use your hand to stir the water to help dissolve all the grains. Soak in the tub for at least 20 minutes.
We suggest a cup of salt for each bath to benefit of all the properties of the epsom salt has to offer.
